Crawford House Community Partnership owns the building the intention of letting to CBED groups, training agencies and voluntary organisations, backed-up by dedicated on-site training tailored to the needs of the local community in a familiar and supportive environment. On the first floor, offices for organisations providing a social service or benefit to the community would be attracted. Such organisations represent anchor tenants for Crawford House and are typically public sector and well established voluntary sector agencies requiring high quality accommodation in the local area. Such organisations would include: Housing Associations, Social Services, Local Authority services, national charities etc. It is intended to provide a one-stop service for local residents on such matters as: housing, welfare rights, jobs, training, council services etc. Additionally it would be intended to attract community organisations, local training providers, and cultural based organisations.
