A key component of Crawford House and indeed a primary income generator will be the letting of start-up space for social enterprises, new & young businesses. Shared facilities such as conference rooms, ICT/audio visual suites, reception, ICT and photocopying support will be available. It is possible for Crawford House to provide a competitive rental as overheads will be shared by users. These spaces provide 24 hours a day, 7 day a week independent access for users.
